The Ash Conditioners are made of abrasion-resistant bolt-on paddles which insure maximum wear life. It’s made out of heavy duty design with single or twin shaft paddle blades and trough material construction can be mild steel, stainless or abrasion resistant alloy steels and fabricated from with a rigid base frame with a removable cover plate that provides easy access to internal section. It also houses anti-friction roller bearing support shafts and split type bearing that has dust seals. Throughput rates depend upon the type and properties of the product being handled.

Bevcon twin shaft paddle blade ash conditioner gives the most efficient mixing action with water being added by an arrangement of atomized spray nozzles up to 30% by weight. Ash conditioner works on a continuous basis accepting & controlling feed of material by effectively blend dust with water recovered from such equipment as electrostatic precipitators, mechanical collectors, ash silos and bag houses thus allowing transportation without the particulate matter escaping into the air.

The twin shaft paddle mixer conditions ash and unloads same to transport vehicles. Ash feed rate from the ash storage silo is precisely controlled. The conveying action provided by the rotating paddles provides continuous flow of uniformly mixed ash with no excess water or dusting.
